The items arrived by 22 December in time for them to be presented as gifts, as intended. Thirdly, if possible, please ensure that all personnel within the chain of operations that made Number 2 (above) possible are made aware of my delight and appreciation. It was immensely important that my wife, the recipient of the gifts, receive them on Christmas day. She did, thanks to everyone at Pearl Accessory.
