Dear Laura, I wanted to finalize the orders (# 221848 & 221849) consisting of a Golden South Sea Pearl Earring set and a Dahlia South Sea Pearl & Diamond ring, respectively.Firstly, thank you so much for your personal 'care and handling' of the ring size; it fit perfectly when she placed it on her finger.Secondly, I would like to thank you and Pearls Lover for having ensured that both of these gift items arrived at our home by Christmas day. The items arrived by 22 December in time for them to be presented as gifts, as intended. Thirdly, if possible, please ensure that all personnel within the chain of operations that made Number 2 (above) possible are made aware of my delight and appreciation. It was immensely important that my wife, the recipient of the gifts, receive them on Christmas day. She did, thanks to everyone at Pearl Accessory. I wrote an earlier review and need to express an additional comment or two.
I was a bit unhappy with the diamond findings on my earrings.
Again, the pearls are very fine quality but the .40 ctw findings are a bit smaller and difficult to handle that I asked for help from customer service. Having spent in excess of $500 I felt I needed to get an earring I would wear and like.
Well, the response I received was excellent. E-mail after e-mail attempting to solve my problem.
All I can say is that this company bends over backward to help it\'s customer.
We have yet to select a finding that will be large enough for me to handle but I am willing to spend even more money as I feel they will help me find what will please me.
BRAVO! Such service is truly a thing of the past.
