I wrote an earlier review and need to express an additional comment or two.
I was a bit unhappy with the diamond findings on my earrings.
Again, the pearls are very fine quality but the .40 ctw findings are a bit smaller and difficult to handle that I asked for help from customer service. Having spent in excess of $500 I felt I needed to get an earring I would wear and like.
Well, the response I received was excellent. E-mail after e-mail attempting to solve my problem.
All I can say is that this company bends over backward to help it\'s customer.
We have yet to select a finding that will be large enough for me to handle but I am willing to spend even more money as I feel they will help me find what will please me.
BRAVO! Such service is truly a thing of the past.

Very satisfied with my purchase.... she was in loved with the gift set. Pearls look amazing out in the zone. One word...Stunning! Only thing is we did not receive those pearls before birthday party. Anyway, we will be back.
