Eartha Black Tahitian Pearl and Diamond Earrings

I wrote an earlier review and need to express an additional comment or two.
I was a bit unhappy with the diamond findings on my earrings.
Again, the pearls are very fine quality but the .40 ctw findings are a bit smaller and difficult to handle that I asked for help from customer service. Having spent in excess of $500 I felt I needed to get an earring I would wear and like.
Well, the response I received was excellent. E-mail after e-mail attempting to solve my problem.
All I can say is that this company bends over backward to help it's customer.
We have yet to select a finding that will be large enough for me to handle but I am willing to spend even more money as I feel they will help me find what will please me.
BRAVO! Such service is truly a thing of the past.
