Please contact us to initiate your return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.

For ordinary returns and exchanges, jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any included documents or accessories.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@pearlslover.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or exchange.
2. We will provide return authorization and instructions for returning your item with return shipping costs covered by us.
3. Pack your jewelry securely with its original packaging and included materials, and follow the return instructions provided.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.

For exchanges due to a product quality issue, we cover both return shipping and shipping of the replacement item. Please contact us first so we can arrange the exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returned items.

To exchange your jewelry, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. We will help you arrange the return and confirm the details of your replacement item.
