The craftsmanship is excellent and the pendant is beautiful. It is exactly what I was hoping for. In addition, I'd like to add that the Customer Service at Pearls Lover is truly excellent. My emails were answered promptly and the matters were completely addressed.

Laura was extremely helpful. I contacted her multiple times via email to discuss pearls and she was always friendly and informative. She helped me select 11-12mm a bit pinky tone white south sea pearl to match the Cesarine pendant, which looked very nice and lovely when I received. Thank you again. I look forward to doing business with her in the future.

I was trying to find a pendant to match some earrings my husband bought me. The pendant came and the items actually look like a set! The service I received from Laura was top notch. First pearl too dark, so I returned it with a pic of my earrings and she matched it perfectly. My emails were responded to promptly and nothing was a problem. This back up service is so important (and rarely found) when buying items on the net from the other side of the globe.
