I live in Australia so I ordered from the Australian website. The earrings arrived almost a week earlier than predicted. The quality of the golden south sea pearl is top notch for the price I paid. I wrote an earlier review and need to express an additional comment or two.
I was a bit unhappy with the diamond findings on my earrings.
Again, the pearls are very fine quality but the .40 ctw findings are a bit smaller and difficult to handle that I asked for help from customer service. Having spent in excess of $500 I felt I needed to get an earring I would wear and like.
Well, the response I received was excellent. E-mail after e-mail attempting to solve my problem.
All I can say is that this company bends over backward to help it\'s customer.
We have yet to select a finding that will be large enough for me to handle but I am willing to spend even more money as I feel they will help me find what will please me.
BRAVO! Such service is truly a thing of the past.

You are right - it was yellow gold. I was sure I ordered white gold, because my wife is more into white gold now but this was to match an existing necklace that she has. Anyway, she is very happy with it and I just wanted to say thank you
